You can view all custom enchantments at /warp enchanter and going to the Witch NPC
ฮ Where to get them?
Custom enchant books can be gained from:

โWeekly/Monthly rewards

ฮ How to use them?
When hovering over a custom enchant book it should display:
โWhat it does
โSuccess and destruction rate
โWhat its applied to
-Destruction rate means there is a chance you will completely break your item if it fails
-A higher success rate means less chance to lose your item
-You can increase success rate with lucky gems
-Lucky gems are obtained through scrolls and putting custom enchant books in /tinkerer
To apply a custom enchant drag and drop it onto the correct item
